Deep sea fishing - world's deadliest catch in the Bay of Plenty

Craig's Kingfish caught on 24kg line at Mayor. After a pause from game fishing in the Bay of Plenty, Craig caught this fish near Mayor Island in the 2013 Fin Nor One Base Tournament. At over 16kg it took 3rd place.

A decent sized snapper landed in the Bay of Plenty

Snapper fishing in the Bay of Plenty with Sunfish Charters. Richard and his 9lb snapper caught using a penn rod and reel with a dropper rig and skipjack tuna for bait.

Jay with his 31lb Kingie caught at Plate Island in the Bay of Plenty using a mackerel live bait. Jay was on an extended fishing charter with Sunfish Charters and landed the kingfish using a Penn TLD25 spooled with 50lb braid.
