The group went out to the penguin shoals and managed to catch a few big snapper (5 to 6lbs) and a few big red cod as well as lot of smaller stuff. They really enjoyed their fishing day.

There were so many snapper caught on this fishing trip in the Bay of Plenty that we had enough to eat for 3 day.s

The fishing, and especially catching all those snapper, was a highlight of our NZ stay.

We were continually pulling in snapper, and even managed a John Dory.

It is a good idea to have your corporate function on Sunfish 1. Panztels employees experienced a Christmas outing with room to relax and lots of good food and drinks.

They all promised to return to do do some serious snapper fishing in Tauranga's harbour.

The staff and students of the Special Needs Unit at Pakuranga College loved this outing on their sightseeing day tour in Tauranga. The Sunfish1 team enjoys the opportunity to spend some time with children on Tauranga harbour cruises - and there is always icecream in the freezer.

The kids from Pakuranga School had a great time sightseeing and fishing on board Sunfish cruising the Pacific. Despite their disabilities, they were fantastic ambassadors for their school and a credit to their parents and teachers.
